It contains Sukrin instead of sugar, and we have replaced part of the flour with fat-reduced almond flour and FiberFine. The result is a delicious low-carb and low GI cake. The chocolate cake has 40% less calories and 75% less carbohydrates compared to other cake mixes on the market, and no added sugar.
